The Hondius cruise ship on which the hantavirus outbreak has been cleaned and can be put back into service. The Rotterdam-Rijnmond Municipal Health Service (GGD) announced this on Saturday. During an earlier inspection, the GGD still saw shortcomings in cleaning. The planned return trip from Rotterdam to the home location in Vlissingen therefore had to be postponed.
