The Beau D. company, which manufactures luxury penis cream, has been sued by the actor Brad Pitt’s62, to court, news The Sun.

According to the magazine, Beau D. accuses Pitt of changing the name of his own beauty brand to be too similar to theirs. In 2022, Pitt founded the Le Domaine skin care brand with the prestigious winemaking family Perrin. Last year, Le Domaine’s name changed to Beau Domaine as part of a brand renewal.

Beau D. accuses Pitt’s company of trademark infringement, unfair competition and misrepresentation of the origin of the Beau Domaine name.

In his lawsuit, Beau D. demands more than 64,200 euros in damages from Pitt’s company. In addition, Beau D. demands that Pitt’s company never use the Beau Domaine name in any of its future transactions.

However, there are differences in companies. Malibu-based Beau D. is especially known for its D. Cream body lotion. Pitti’s company, on the other hand, does not offer intimate products for men, but a selection of “skin care essentials.”

This is not Pitt’s first legal battle. The split between Pitt and his ex-wife Angelina Jolie spawned a massive custody battle that lasted for years. In court, Jolie accused Pitt of violent behavior towards her and her children. Pitt and Jolie have a total of six children: Maddox24, Pax22, Zahara21, Shiloh20, and 17-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
