Until now, the trading partners of the Sport 2000 group were only able to offer repair and cleaning services in stationary stores. This offer is now also available digitally: Together with the technology partner Simplysolve (formerly Brakeable), Sport 2000 has developed a white label platform that can be integrated directly into the online shops of its retail partners. Repair and cleaning services can now also be used easily and conveniently in e-commerce.
The advantage: With the new solution, retailers can offer the services completely in their own brand world without having to set up additional processes in support, logistics or back office.
The process is also deliberately designed to be simple and digital for end consumers. The desired repair location is marked, the appropriate service is selected and the price is displayed directly. The product is then forwarded to the manufacturing partner VSP van Schoot GmbH. The entire process takes place seamlessly within the respective online shop.
The association not only wants to open up new sales potential for its members, but is also preparing for future regulations. “I am sure that this project, also with a view to the coming regulations and developments, will be a real milestone within the sustainability strategy for our Sport 2000 partners,” says Katja Mendel, Sustainability & Impact Manager at Sport 2000.
