The technical staff and players of the National Football Team celebrated with members of the press during training on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
The National Football Team continued its preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup with training at the TFF Hasan Doğan National Teams Camp and Training Facilities. The training, the first 15 minutes of which were open to members of the press under the management of Coach Vincenzo Montella, started with warm-up exercises and continued with ball exercises. The national team carried out tactical exercises in the part of the training that was closed to the press.
Before the training, the technical staff and national football players congratulated the press members on the occasion of Eid al-Adha. National football players Arda Güler and Yusuf Akçiçek also offered Turkish delight to members of the press. Then, a photo was taken together to commemorate the day.
While Hakan Çalhanoğlu was training separately from the team, Kerem Aktürkoğlu, Kenan Yıldız, Ferdi Kadıoğlu and Mustafa Eskihellaç, who were injured, did not take part in the training.
Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak, TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu and board members also followed the training.
The Crescent and Stars will continue their preparations for the World Cup with training tomorrow at 17.15.
