Most valuable football club: Bayern three billion behind first place

According to Forbes, Real Madrid is the most valuable football club in the world. FC Bayern follows in sixth place as the best Bundesliga team. Two other German clubs are in the top 30.
For the fifth time in a row, Forbes has ranked Real Madrid as the most valuable football club in the world. The American business magazine puts the Spanish club’s value at 8.15 billion euros. FC Bayern Munich follows in sixth place as the most valuable German club – “Forbes” puts its value at 4.9 billion euros.
Behind Real are FC Barcelona in second place with 6.4 billion euros and Manchester United in third place with 6.2 billion euros. In addition to Bayern, Borussia Dortmund and VfB Stuttgart are also in the top 30 from the Bundesliga. According to Forbes, Dortmund is in 13th place with a value of 1.9 billion euros, Stuttgart is in 28th place with 0.75 billion euros.
Real Madrid: record sales remain without a title
According to Forbes, in the 2024/25 season Real Madrid achieved the highest turnover of a sports team in history at around 1.1 billion euros. In terms of sport, the club had no income: Real did not win a title in two seasons in a row.
According to Forbes, the English Premier League has the most clubs in the top 30 with eleven teams. The North American MLS follows with seven clubs. “Forbes” justifies the strong MLS presence with a higher valuation multiple in the USA.
