Hundreds of Russians killed by returning veterans, police hunt for escaped killer

A manhunt has been launched in Russia’s Leningrad region for an escaped serial rapist and multiple murderer who fought in Ukraine and fled while wounded in hospital. Hundreds of deaths have already occurred in Russia at the hands of veterans who have returned from the front, often former criminals.
