Originally, the book was supposed to be published in the fall of 2027. So the publication of the book has been brought forward by almost a year and a half. The book is written by a journalist Anneli Juutilainen.

According to WSOY’s press release, the book’s manuscript was finished before Olga Temonen’s passing in November 2025. The book has been finalized for publication together with Olga’s husband, Tuukka Temonen.

Iltalehti asked WSOY why the publication date of the book changed.

– We made everything fall into place and ready, so then there is no reason to hold back the publication, WSOY’s communications manager Tuuli Leppänen commented to Iltalehti.

The release states that in addition to the printed version, two audiobook versions of the book will be published. The second book is read by Linda Wiklund. In the second audiobook version, Olga Temonen’s own voice has been created as the reader’s voice with the help of artificial intelligence. Tuukka Temonen’s company Optipari was responsible for the implementation of the sound.

According to the release, it was Olga’s own wish to bring her own voice to the book.

– Even though I know that the voice in the book is not the real Olga, it still feels that way. It’s really wonderful to hear Olga in this way as well. As if he left us one more message in the form of this book, Tuukka Temonen describes in the press release.

Iltalehti reported on Thursday, May 21, about the first sample print of the book. Author Jewish in the book he wrote, Temonen tells about his life before and after the cancer diagnosis.
