Institut Thomas More loses lawsuit against Paul Magnette surrounding Evras controversy

The Court of First Instance of Hainaut has rejected the claim of the Institut Thomas More against PS chairman Paul Magnette. Magnette had linked the conservative, French-Belgian institute to the extreme right in the controversy surrounding Evras, an educational program for students on sex and relationships.
