SV Ried will continue to rely on the services of Jussef Nasrawe in the coming season. The purchase option for the 19-year-old German-Iraqi was drawn, meaning the loanee from FC Bayern Munich is moving permanently to the Innviertel and will receive a contract there that runs until 2027.
The midfielder came to Ried in January, where he has made 15 appearances so far this season and made it into the starting eleven for the Bundesliga seventh team seven times. Ried is said to have Nasrawe’s services cost almost 100,000 euros.
Nasrawe is currently not only fighting for a place in the Conference League with the Upper Austrians, but also personally for a place in the upcoming World Cup. The Munich native was recently nominated for Iraq’s provisional squad for the tournament and wants to take part in a training camp in Spain – just like ex-Braunschweiger Youssef Amyn. The former DFB junior has not yet played in an international match.
