Number of reservists is growing, but risks for employer and employee are not covered: ‘Who is responsible if you are injured?’

Defense is looking for thousands of new reservists: citizens who work part-time for the army in addition to their job or studies. Not every company is eager, because what happens, for example, if their employee has to go on a mission for months or gets injured? Yet there are also employers who welcome reservists with open arms. “If we wait until everything is perfectly arranged, nothing will happen.”
