Ready for ‘NATO 3.0’? CEO Rutte: more European NATO is “the next logical step”

NATO will adopt American ideas about a larger European and a smaller American share in the alliance, says NATO CEO Mark Rutte. ‘NATO 3.0’, as the US calls it, is “the logical next step,” Rutte believes. He expects that the 32 countries will record this at the upcoming NATO summit.
