A deer in Vught got stuck in a fence near the Vughtse Heide on Wednesday morning. An observant hiker saw the animal and called the emergency services. The fire brigade arrived and managed to free the deer.
The deer had nowhere to go, stuck in the fence on Lunettenlaan. When the animal was freed, it became clear that it had suffered minor injuries. Yet the animal was able to be released into the wild.
