Greece caught the drone last Thursday. “We now have certainty that it is a Ukrainian drone,” he said. According to him, it is an “extremely serious issue that affects the freedom and safety of navigation.”
The Greek defense minister informed his European counterparts and the Ukrainian defense minister, he said.

Fishermen had found the drone on Thursday in a cave off the coast of the island of Lefkas, in the Ionian Sea. On Sunday, Dendias said that the drone belonged to “another country”.
Explosives
According to a military source, it appeared to be a Magura-class maritime drone that Ukrainian forces use against Russian vessels around Crimea. Explosives were found on board the plane, the source said.
Greek broadcaster ERT had reported that the plane’s engine was still running when it was found.
