Unknown persons attacked two German soldiers from the NATO command in Brunssum, the Netherlands, on Tuesday. The two were verbally and physically abused, a spokesperson for the German Ministry of Defense in Berlin reported to the German news agency dpa. They suffered minor injuries, but are otherwise unharmed. The perpetrators have not yet been apprehended.
