Olivia Dean has had a steep career path in the last year. Her new album “The Art of Loving” brought her a breakthrough and even a Grammy win for best newcomer. On May 12th she will play in Berlin as part of her tour. Here is all the information about the gig in a compact overview for you.

The show will take place at the Uber Arena after being moved up from the Tempodrom. Address: Uber Platz 1.
Times: When does it start?
Admission to the arena starts at 6:00 p.m. The official concert start with support act is at 8:00 p.m. Afterwards you can expect Olivia Dean on stage at around 9 p.m. She will deliver a performance lasting around an hour and a half.
Support: Who is there?
As support in Berlin she has the indie folk pop singer Alice Phoebe Lou.
Arrival by public transport
The Uber Arena is located in Berlin’s Friedrichshain district and is well connected to public transport. The Warschauer Straße train station with S-Bahn and U-Bahn connections is within walking distance. The hall is also within walking distance from the Ostbahnhof. Bus lines 140, 142, 147, 240, 248, 347 and N40 (night bus) also go to the arena.
Arrival by car & parking
By car you can reach the city area via the A24 (direction Pankow) or the A9 (via the A100, exit Tempelhofer Damm) and from there on to Friedrichshain. For major events, more time must be planned due to the increased traffic volume.
There is an Uber Arena parking garage directly next to the hall, and there are also two CONTIPARK parking garages at Uber Platz and a parking garage at the East Side Mall opposite. The DB BahnPark underground car park at Ostbahnhof is also available.

What else is there to consider?
Being there on time pays off. The Uber Arena is big and there will be a lot going on. Allow some time and arrive at the location early. Also be careful not to bring bags that are too large, as this is prohibited in most arenas.
