According to the trade union front, the plant manager refuses to address the employees collectively about the changes. The workers ask that the explanation be given openly to all employees involved together.
“All people ask is that he shows some respect and simply addresses the workers,” say Hans Desmet (ACV) and Henk Deprez (ABVV).
