The Hamburg regional court found Collien Fernandes’ allegations to be lawful.
Collien Fernandes reports with an update on the court case against Christian Ulmen. From their perspective, “Spiegel” published the case at the end of March 2026; Ulmen then sued the magazine. But now his ex-wife makes it public via an Instagram post: He failed in court.
Ulmen sued on five points, four of which were rejected. The press chamber of the Hamburg Regional Court has thus found a large part of the “Spiegel” reporting to be legal.
Fernandes shares himself on social media
This is a clear victory for Fernandes. On May 9th, she posted on Instagram: “The other side gets every single point mentioned and has the opportunity to take a stand. But they didn’t want to comment!”
And “Spiegel” wrote in this regard: “Ulmen’s hope seems to have been to use successful action against a secondary aspect to conceal the fact that the core accusation remained undisputed: the “digital rape” of Fernandes via fake profiles and porn videos that were intended to give the impression that they showed his ex-wife.”
