The police took action on Saturday after a report from a witness. The officers spotted the walker on a carriageway of the Loevesteinse Randweg and removed him ‘safely from the road’.
On Instagram, the police emphasize that it is life-threatening to be on the road as a pedestrian. “This could have ended very differently.”
