Dutch backpacker (21) travels through Central America and contracts measles, Panama warns

A 21-year-old Dutch tourist introduced the measles virus into Panama during a tour. The Panamanian government is actively publicizing this and is trying to prevent a further outbreak with emergency teams. It is the first time in a long time that the infectious disease has appeared in the Central American country.
