The loneliest roundabout in the world is located in the western Hungarian city of Zalaegerszeg. No houses, no shops and no highway. The brand new, perfectly constructed roundabout is located in the middle of nowhere. The multi-million dollar project, financed with European money, has now become a symbol of failed policy and an attraction for tourists.
