Arm Holdings closed the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026 with a historic record and achieved the highest quarterly sales in the company’s history. Revenues rose a remarkable 20 percent year-on-year to a total of $1.49 billion, marking the third year in a row the company has recorded growth of over 20 percent. This upward trend was largely fueled by massive demand for chip architectures for artificial intelligence, which was particularly reflected in licensing revenues, which increased by almost a third to $819 million.

License fee business also developed positively, reaching $671 million, with data center revenue more than doubling year-on-year. A key driver of this development is Arm’s strategic positioning at the center of global computing power, particularly through the launch of new AGI CPUs. Demand for these specialized processors for artificial intelligence far exceeded expectations and quickly rose to a volume of around two billion US dollars.

The Arm share price on the NASDAQ was temporarily at $222.12 after the trading hours, 6.40 percent lower, after initially rising significantly in an initial reaction after the trading hours.
