The division between buyers and renters is growing. Tenants structurally spend a larger part of their income on housing costs than homeowners. Especially in cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht, young tenants see their position worsening. This is evident from research by ABN Amro, which will be published on Thursday.
