Government may extend contract with company behind DigiD: citizens lose lawsuit

The judge decided on Wednesday that the government may extend the agreement with IT service provider Solvinity. Three citizens had gone to court to prevent this extension, because they were concerned about the proposed takeover of the Dutch company Solvinity by an American company.
