Abel (27) and Laurence (26) completely change his father’s restaurant… and after 7 months they receive a Michelin star: “We still have to realize what is happening”

Abel Demeestere (27) clearly didn’t know where he was today. Michelin awarded his Estonian restaurant its first star and subsequently called him back on stage as Young Chef of the Year. “They have no idea what is coming their way, but Abel will calmly keep his feet on the ground,” predicts father Lieven Demeestere (60).
