Ajax benefits from Ipswich Town’s promotion to the Premier League. The English club must acquire Chuba Akpom for an amount of more than 9 million euros.
The 30-year-old Akpom is playing on loan for Ipswich Town this season. Ajax stated in its contract that Ipswich Town must buy the striker if the club is promoted to the Premier League and Akpom would play forty percent of the league matches. The striker played 29 of the 46 matches for number 2 in the final standings of the Championship.
