School refuses, but court rules differently: teachers are allowed to take a sabbatical with special free hours

Primary school teachers may use special free hours for a sabbatical, the court in Gelderland has ruled. A teacher from Gelderland wanted to take those hours for a long period of time off, but her employer refused on tax grounds. That is not allowed, as it now appears.
