Ingredient list:
– 1 medium onion
– 1 tablespoon mild olive oil
– 300 grams of minced beef
– 500 grams of broccoli
– 300 grams Grand’Italia half whole wheat fusilli
– 690 grams of Grand’Italia Sugocasa tradizionale in bottle
– 700 ml of water
– 100 grams of Parmesan cheese
– 15 grams of fresh basil
– 317 grams buffalo mozzarella

Preparation method:
– Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the minced meat and fry for 5 minutes until loose and brown.
– In the meantime, cut the broccoli into florets of 1.5 cm, add and fry for 3-4 minutes.
– Add the fusilli, sugocasa and water, stir and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down and let it simmer for 10 minutes until the pasta is done. Stir occasionally.
– In the meantime, coarsely grate the Parmesan cheese and pick the leaves from the basil sprigs. Add half the cheese and half the basil to the pasta and stir. Season with pepper and salt if necessary.
– Tear the mozzarella into pieces, add to the pasta and stir briefly. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and the rest of the basil. Season with pepper.
