Violence against officers increasingly grim: 35 incidents a day, fireworks bombs to the head

A cop being kicked while on the ground. A police officer being pelted with fireworks. Or an officer who has to go into hiding with his family after images of an arrest at the Bollendak in Utrecht came online and his home address ended up on the street. These are no longer exceptions: violence against police officers is increasing and becoming increasingly grim.
