After the last teams have secured their ticket for the World Cup finals in the USA, Canada and Mexico, the final groups and pairings have now been determined. You can find the complete schedule and all dates here.
Germany will face Curaçao, Ecuador and Ivory Coast in Group E. The three group games will take place in both the USA (Houston and New York) and Canada (Toronto).
With the increase to 48 teams, the group phase includes a total of 12 groups and 72 games. In addition to the first and second placed teams in each group, the eight best third-placed teams will also qualify for the new round of 16. Since the tournament will be held in four time zones, fans in Germany have to be prepared for kick-off times in the late evening or early morning hours.
