Drones are also on the rise. The Ostend Droprise proposes, among other things, a “drone in a box”, which can be deployed autonomously in the event of incidents.
“For example, they can fly to a location without first sending out a patrol car. This way you shorten the arrival time and reduce the risk for the police services on the ground,” explains Mark Yazvenka of Droprise.
