The Austrian clothing retailer Wolford opened a new store in Berlin’s City West on Monday. The legwear specialist from Bregenz now offers its products in an area of around 154 square meters at Kurfürstendamm 38/39.
According to the real estate company Savills, which brokered the lease for the premises, this is Wolford’s third store in the capital and the ninth in Germany.
Oliver Tust, Retail Agency Director at Savills, explained the background. “After the rental agreement for the previous boutique on Kurfürstendamm expired at the beginning of 2025, Wolford looked for an adequate successor solution – a clear signal of the attractiveness of this location,” he explained in a statement. “We are all the more pleased to have accompanied the return to the capital’s most famous shopping address.
The new space offers “a high-quality environment for brand presentation” and creates “the best conditions for strong visibility in one of the most high-profile premium and luxury locations in Berlin,” says Tust.
