More than a hundred food vendors checked on King’s Day: some fines were issued

Keeping meat and other perishable food cool enough remains an ‘important point of attention’ on King’s Day, the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) concludes after a day of inspections. 17 inspectors who were on the road issued a total of six fines for various food offenses.
