Possible successor to Mexican cartel boss El Mencho, alias ‘The Gardener’, arrested

One of the possible successors to El Mencho, the leader of the New Generation Jalisco Cartel who was shot dead in February, has been arrested in Mexico. It concerns El Jardinero (The Gardener), one of the most important leaders of the criminal organization from Jalisco. He was captured by the Mexican navy on Monday in neighboring state Nayarit. There was an American bounty of $5 million on his head.
