A serious accident happened on the A16 near Breda on Sunday afternoon. Two cars collided. Several people were injured, including two children.
The accident happened around a quarter to four in the afternoon near the Princeville intersection. Several ambulances arrived at the scene of the accident. An air ambulance also landed on the highway.
According to police, two adults and two children were in one of the cars. They are treated by doctors from the trauma helicopter. A woman who was in the other car was uninjured.
Three lanes are closed in the direction of the Belgian border. Only one lane is still open, causing motorists to experience a half-hour delay.
