Saskia Belleman, regular guest in RTL Tonight, is getting a bit tired of the bleating from her hosts Beau van Erven Dorens and Humberto Tan. “I find this mud-slinging painful and it must stop.”
It is incredibly incomprehensible that Beau van Erven Dorens and Humberto Tan keep complaining and grumbling about the end of their talk show RTL Tonight. Their anger is mainly aimed at Renze Klamer, who runs off with the loot and will soon take over at RTL 4. They portray him as a kind of traitor.

What does Saskia Belleman, as a regular guest of RTL Tonight, think of Beau and Humberto’s childish attitude? “Somehow I can imagine that Beau and Humberto are angry. They kept the ship afloat after Renze’s departure. Now their loyalty and endurance are rewarded with nothing,” she says in the New Revu.
But: “I find this mud-slinging back and forth painful and it has to stop. They have vented their hearts and expressed their frustration, now I would say: on and on. When you come there as a table guest, you don’t notice the underlying atmosphere. That actually surprised me.”
To Renze?
The editorial staff works like crazy, says Saskia. “And don’t let your head hang, the same goes for the presenters. You would think that there might be some sadness, anger or frustration seeping through, but during the show you don’t see that. They don’t give you the feeling that they are reluctantly dragging themselves to the end, they do that professionally.”
She concludes: “Would I join Renze’s new talk show? I am in discussions with several parties. I have been with RTL in recent months because I had signed a contract focused on RTL Tonight, but I do not yet know what it will look like from September.”
