Qthis evening (at 9.30pm on Rai 1 and RaiPlay) Roberta Valente has to deal with two delicate cases: the first concerns the inheritance of an old woman that Vito knows well. The deceased’s Fiat 500 belongs to the daughter she never met and who may now know the truth about her mother. The second features an orphaned boy with Down syndrome. Who will Philip be entrusted to?

But the most difficult case is the one that concerns Roberta’s personal life: Stefano has lost his head for Leda and the wedding could fall apart. Not only that: Vito, convincing the notary to get on his boat, reopens her memories about the past and the death of his parents.

Roberta Valente notary in Sorrento: previews of the third episode, plot 26 April on Rai 1 and RaiPlay

Vito is shocked: an elderly friend died in a retirement home he left him an envelope with his last wishes. At the center of the legacy is an old Fiat 500, linked to a mystery that pushes the fisherman to turn to Roberta Valente (Maria Vera Ratti) to clarify.

The will leads the notary and Leda (Flavia Gatti) on the trail of Maria Grazia Pepe, mentioned by the deceased Melina Fusco, mother of Gioia, adopted by the Pepe couple as soon as she was born. With the death of her real mother, the daughter will finally know her origins. All thanks to Leda and Roberta who manage to convince the Pepes to tell the truth about the affair. The two feel particularly touched by Melina’s story: in fact, they too grew up without parents.

The second case that the notary office where Roberta Valente works will have to deal with is very delicate, because concerns Filippo, a boy with Down syndrome who was orphaned. The young person must be entrusted to a guardian. There are two very different uncles to consider: Lamberto, more affectionate and welcoming and Ugo, rigid and severe. Roberta and her team try to understand not only who is entitled to protection, but above all with whom Filippo will truly feel at home.
