The Belgian intelligence services will soon have more legal options to use AI in their operations. Minister of Justice Annelies Verlinden had submitted a preliminary draft on this, which was approved by the Council of Ministers today. Institutions such as State Security and ADIV are now allowed to use a broader arsenal of technologies.
