An announced action by Extinction Rebellion (XR) on the Ring of the A12 near Utrecht next Saturday was banned this week, but the action group seems to be sticking to the action. David van Weel, Minister of Justice and Security, responded to this on Friday morning prior to the Council of Ministers.
