Ticketmaster has canceled thousands of scalping tickets for Harry Styles’ concerts at Madison Square Garden. Tickets will be available in a draw from April 30th.
Harry Styles’ “Together, Together” tour begins in Amsterdam on May 16, 2026. The tour is already completely sold out. What’s special: Instead of traveling around the world, he gives a series of concerts in selected cities. The longest of these residencies takes place in New York’s Madison Square Garden with a total of 30 concerts. Surprisingly, tickets for these performances will soon be available again.
Cancellation of scalper tickets
In the world of concert ticket providers, so-called scalping is a well-known phenomenon and problem. Tickets that have already been purchased are resold by their holders at a multiple of the original price.
Ticket sales for the Harry Styles concerts were processed via Ticketmaster. For the performances in New York, the provider has now canceled thousands of these scalping copies in order to soon put them up for resale at fair prices. Fans who have so far been left empty-handed can now hope to see their star live.
Ticketmaster President Saumil Mehta issued a statement explaining that the platform had targeted professional resellers. They used the scam to purchase tickets at low prices using multiple accounts and fake identities and then sell them for a profit. The affected concert tickets have been completely canceled. This procedure only affected transactions that could clearly be assigned to the principle of scalping.
Resale from April 30th
Fans of the pop singer should mark April 30, 2026 in their calendars. On this day there is another chance to get the coveted tickets. The award is a drawing process for which you have to register. The deadline for this ends on May 1st, 2026 at 5 p.m. The lucky winners will then be notified by email by May 8th, 2026.
Exactly how many concert passes will be sold is unclear. However, the company said the cards will cost $130 and a fraction can even be purchased for under $50.
