April 23 – 7.29pm – MILAN

There are just over two months left until the 39th edition of the Maratona dles Dolomites-Enel, scheduled for Sunday 5 July: departure from La Villa and arrival in Corvara Alta Badia (Bolzano). Pax, peace: this is this year’s theme. The Marathon, which is the queen of Gran Fondos, is much more than a sporting challenge: it is a meeting place where thousands of stories intertwine towards a common ideal. In a world crossed by conflicts and divisions, it becomes a symbol of solidarity and small gestures that unite. As President Michil Costa recalls, “peace is born precisely from these simple gestures: stopping to help, sharing the effort, pedaling side by side even without knowing each other”. The Marathon is a collective experience where the mountain becomes a symbol of equity and each participant contributes, with pedal strokes, to building a concrete idea of peace. And all this merges into the new Maratona logo.
