Steven Kazàn is disappointed that after almost a year there is still so much media attention for his break with the unfaithful Jamie Kames. “I would like some peace myself,” he told the press.
It was a huge showbiz riot last year in the summer: Steven Kazàn was cheated on by his then lover Jamie Kames. She suddenly ran off with carnival artist Vieze Jack, with whom Steven and Jamie had recorded a video clip together. That Dirty Jack is now back with his then partner; Jamie has been dumped.
‘What do you want?!’
Steven and Jamie are now both single, but are constantly asked by the showbiz media whether they will get back together. And he is done with that, the magician says in the Weekend.
It drives Hans Kazàn’s son crazy. “Last summer it was very intense. Every day for six months it was: ‘What does your father think? What does your brother think? What does your mother think? What does the baker think?’ That didn’t mean anything. I don’t really know what people want from me.”
Bad and sad
What does Steven want? “I would like some peace myself. It’s all bad and sad enough. I didn’t want this, but it happened. Now we’re a year later and we’re trying to get our own lives on track a bit. Especially for Oliver.”
Finally, will he and Jamie ever get together? “The outside world often asks: what now? Will you get back together? I’ve been getting that question for a year. But it’s just the way it is now. We’re separated and I can’t see into the future. Maybe in a few years…”
