In 2017 Verho published a video on his YouTube channelin which he said that he would never have children of his own. She was diagnosed with ovarian failure at the time.
– I felt bad that I told about it far too soon. I hadn’t really had time to deal with the matter myself, and suddenly I had shared it with hundreds of thousands of unknown people, Verho now tells Helsingin Sanomat.
– It was contradictory. I was absolutely obsessed with it, and at the same time I identified as a woman with ovarian failure and menopause that started in her twenties. Whenever there was an interview, he was asked about it, he continues to HS.

Veronica Verho started in February 2026 as the host of Radio Nova’s Afternoon together with Esko Eerikäinen. In March, Verho said that he bought a new apartment in Helsinki. The host still lives between the two cities, as he also has a joint rental apartment in Turku with his spouse. In the future, Verho plans to spend part of the week in his Helsinki duo, as his workplace is located in Helsinki.
– The apartment is almost in original condition. It has had a plumbing renovation in the early 2000s, when the last time a kitchen and bathroom renovation was done, Verho told Iltalehte in March.
Verho will be able to move into his new home in Helsinki before the summer.
