The Düsseldorf fashion retailer Peek & Cloppenburg is strengthening its presence in Essen with a new store in the Limbecker Platz shopping center. As the company announced on Friday, this involves relocating the previous location from Kettwiger Straße.
With around 5,900 square meters of sales space, P&C focuses on a range that specifically appeals to a younger target group. In addition to established brands such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Marc O’Polo and Tommy Hilfiger, the offering particularly includes young fashion, denim and sportswear collections, including labels such as Adidas, Lacoste, Under Armor and Levi’s. The portfolio is complemented by a wide range of occasion wear, from cocktail dresses to classic suits.
From the outside, large digital content screens characterize the appearance of the store. The shop window and in-store displays are controlled via a rule-based system that automatically displays content. Among other things, location, target group, time of day and weather are taken into account. Dynamically curated content from campaigns, brand communication, promotions as well as product range and store highlights are shown. The aim is to specifically inspire customers along the entire customer journey, according to the statement.
The store has been open since April 16th.
