Kaulanen has shared two pictures of himself on his Instagram account. In connection with the pictures, he talks about his changed lifestyle.
Kaulanen starts the topic by saying that he is leaving for Colombia on Friday, where he has previously gone on retreats. Kaulanen says that he has received questions about going to Colombia.

Kaulanen writes that alcohol has been left out. It has been replaced by work with oneself, which is sometimes difficult and scary, but according to Kaulanen, always rewarding.

Kaulanen spoke about his sobriety to Iltalehte at the beginning of the year. He has now been five years without alcohol. In an interview, Kaulanen thanked ayuasca retreats for his sobriety and the impetus for a nationwide life change.
– I learned to drink liquor when I was 12 years old and continued to do so for 27 years straight. The biggest change came from those ayuasca ceremonies. During such a night, I went through things and the root causes of drinking. I don’t feel like it anymore. Olo has been reborn, Kaulanen said.
