World Cup Group I: Which teams will the 2018 world champion face?

At the 2026 World Cup, the games will be played in three countries for the first time. With 48 teams, it will be the largest World Cup of all time to date. These teams meet in Group I.
The World Cup will take place in the USA, Canada and Mexico from June 11 to July 19, 2026. The draw for the group phase took place on December 5, 2025 in Washington, DC. France, Senegal, Norway and Iraq face each other in Group I.
Please note that the dates and kick-off times are Central European Time, not local time.
Live tickers will once again be available to you on t-online for the World Cup finals. It is still unclear who will broadcast the games on TV. However, ARD and ZDF will show 60 of the tournament’s 104 games live. At Telekom with its streaming service Magenta TV, sports enthusiasts can watch all World Cup games.
