“Asghar Farhadi, who cannot film in his country, Iran, he therefore came to France to shoot a film called ‘Histoires parallèles’ – said Fremaux – It is in fact about different stories that intertwine a corner of Paris, people who exchange glances from one building to another, destinies that intersect and French actors.”

“Andrei Zvyagintsev, the Russian director, but it is not a film shot in Russia since it is no longer located in that aggressor country of Ukraine – added Fremaux His film is called Minotaure and, precisely, it is a film that talks about Russian society in a way that we are not used to”.
