C‘it’s one stylistic formula that Letizia of Spain has refined even before becoming queen: precisely cut suit, lively blouse, carefully chosen accessories. On April 8, at the program’s 10th anniversary celebration Talented Joven at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, that formula is back. Very recognisable, up to date, still perfectly hers.
Letizia of Spain, the beige suit and the blouse that take you back to 2004
The complete is signed Mirto: a structured jacket with defined shoulders, high-waisted pinch trousers and straight legs. Sand tone, clean, suitable for mid-season. What makes the difference is the Hugo Boss silk blouse, with gathered neckline and scarf drapingdominated by shades of pink and orange: a new piece, worn for the first time on this occasion.

The combination, neutral suit and colorful and printed top, was already its figure in 2004. On May 17 of that year, five days before the wedding with Prince Felipe, Letizia showed up at La Moncloa to meet Prime Minister Zapatero exactly like this: sober suit, lively blouse, magnetic presence. Twenty years later, the pattern is the same. But the woman who wears it knows much more about herself.
The accessories (and the 18 euro earrings already sold out)
On her feet are pumps Paula by Sézane, babies model with wide heel, combined with a crocodile effect clutch in shades of warm brown. In your ears, small star earrings from the Valencian brand Singularu: they cost 17.99 euros and they have already sold out several times since the queen began wearing them, the first time in November 2024. On the finger, the Coreterno ring, a constant presence for years. An ensemble that demonstrates how luxury, in Letizia of Spain’s wardrobe, is never a question of numbers.
The gray locks are not hidden
Loose hair, soft fold on the shoulders. And those natural gray locksclearly visible, worn without any intention of covering them. At 53 years old, Letizia shows salt and pepper as a choice, not as a concession. It’s probably the most observed detail of the entire release, and it says more than any designer piece: a woman who has stopped correcting what doesn’t need to be corrected.
