Paul Seixas (19) has once again shown that a new cycling phenomenon is on the way. The young Frenchman won the vicious time trial in the Tour of the Basque Country over 13.8 kilometers in Bilbao with superior power. He clocked a time that turned out to be 23 seconds faster than the time of number two, Kévin Vauquelin. He also caused disappointment for Bauke Mollema.
