Bo Lueders, 38, has died

Guitarist known from the American punk band Harm’s Way Bo Lueders or Daniel Lueders has died at the age of 38. Lueders’ bandmates will announce it on Instagram and in X.

– It is with heavy and broken hearts that we inform you that our beloved Bo Lueders has passed away. He will be remembered for his unwavering empathy, his compassion for his friends and family, and his magnetic and inimitable presence on and off stage, the band writes in their update.

– We respectfully ask for understanding and privacy as we deal with this extremely difficult time, the band adds.

The band does not say the cause of Lueders’ death. The group leaves a stopping reminder at the end of the update.

– For those struggling with depression or suicidal tendencies, help is available. We are not alone in this.

Los Angeles Times– and New York Post-news sites, Lueders co-founded the band Harm’s Way in 2006. Harm’s Way’s best-known songs include Become a Machine, Last Man and Amongst the Rust.

As of 2022, Lueders did HardLorepodcast together with the cover image of the band Twitching Tongues by Colin Young with. In the podcast, the duo talked about touring life as punk and metal music, among other things.

On March 19, the duo answered questions from their listeners, one of which was what song they would like to hear before they die. Young chose Frank Sinatra’s “My Way,” while Lueders pondered Björk’s Unravel– and Aurorabetween songs.

– I just want to drift and go in peace, Lueders said in the episode while rubbing his eyes.

Young started a fundraiser called Lueders on the Gofundme service Wendy-mother and girlfriend Taylor’s on behalf of. The collection is supposed to help cover, among other things, the costs of Lueders’ memorial service in Chicago.
