VOC started the second half of the game well and immediately set the tone with a number of nice goals. VOC came within a point of Kwiek halfway through the second act: 23-24. Carelessness, time penalties and technical errors caused Kwiek to finish again.
In the final minutes of the game, VOC could no longer find the strength and energy to come close to Kwiek’s score for a second time. For Kwiek, which made its debut in the cup final, it was the first cup win in club history.
